“This Maidenhead hotel stands out for its practical approach to family stays and welcomes pets, a definite plus for those traveling with animals. I appreciate that it offers a more inclusive breakfast than one might expect for its price point, and free parking adds considerable value in this area. Its proximity to family attractions such as Legoland makes it a sensible choice.”

Guests often appreciate the convenience of having a fridge in the room and find the available kitchen facilities handy for preparing snacks. The location proves useful, with an ASDA within a short walk, and some have enjoyed the riverside strolls. While a few guests mentioned issues with the TV, many found the rooms comfortable and well-equipped for a short stay.

underwhelming stay..

shared jam stained carpet
the room had a fridge, useful.
The breakfast arrangement felt odd. It was self-service with shared jars of jam and nutella.. i'm not sure about the hygiene of everyone dipping into the same containers. also, the 'beautiful double room' didn't quite match the photos online. Some furnishings, like the carpet, had noticeable stains. the tv only worked with youtube or netflix logins. No regular channels were available.

Great Value with Convenient Amenities

private parking large bedroom ensuite shower
I found private parking available (a real plus). The bedroom was reasonably large and contained a fridge. The ensuite was of a good size, and the shower worked perfectly. Towels and toiletries were provided for my convenience.
I observed that stocks for the self-service breakfast were not replenished very often. This meant some items were unavailable during peak times. Replenishing these items more frequently would be beneficial.
Service
9/10
The staff was lovely and quite accommodating when I needed to change my dates. I needed a change due to my nephew arriving into this world unexpectedly early, and the team made it easy.
Dining
8/10
Breakfast had good offerings. The selection included bread, croissants, pain au chocolat, yogurt, apple juice, and cereals. Butter and jam were also available for spreading, offering a complete continental breakfast experience.
